Pasting Data into Word

Getting Orientated with Exl-Plan > Pasting Data into Word

Once financial projections have been finalized using Exl-Plan, use Edit > Copy & Paste and/or Edit > Copy & Paste Link to insert Exl-Plan tables and charts into a Word-created document, such as a business plan.

The simple tables and charts in the Textual Summary Report within worksheet Text are especially suitable for pasting.

See Free-Plan, the business plan guide and template accompanying Exl-Plan, for examples of tables and charts pasted from Exl-Plan into Word. Note that these examples were pasted in as “pictures” rather than as links to avoid "hard wiring" the Word document to a specific Exl-Plan file.
