Exl-Plan - Trade Up Offer & Procedure

This offer is for registered users of paid-for versions of Exl-Plan who wish to trade up to a more powerful version of Exl-Plan at a special discount price. We use the term "trade up" for this process to distinguish it from "upgrading" from a trial copy to a fully-operational copy. Please note that:

1. The trade up offer is valid for a limited time only but can be extended at our sole discretion.
2. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or applied retrospectively to a purchase.
3. It is particular to the registered user to whom it was originally addressed and not transferable.

The trade-up cost is the price difference between current and desired version plus US$ 20 (waived for users trading up from Exl-Plan Basic) based on the following price list:

* The $20 fixed charge is waived in the case of users trading up from Exl-Plan Basic. On this basis, a Basic user trading up to Pro would simply pay the price difference i.e $(129-29) = $100.

The trade up cost includes email delivery of the software and Priority Airmail delivery of a backup CD but excludes Value Added Tax (VAT) payable by some users located within the European Union. Check our Our Terms & Conditions.

The trade up payment procedure (immediately below) is operated by SWREG [division within Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV)]. You can pay using VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, AmEx, Diners, Eurocard or JCB. During the ordering process, you will be given options to pay with credit card either online or by fax or phone, or using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Wire Transfer with proforma invoice, or via PayPal.

1. Get confirmation from us that you are eligible to trade up. To do this, send us an email or use the Contact Form giving the following details about your original purchase of Exl-Plan:
     (a) your registered user name and/or organization.
     (b) your current version (i.e. Basic, Micro, Lite etc.) and edition (UK/I or US/C) of Exl-Plan.
     (c) approximate date (or serial number) of the invoice/delivery note or confirmation email sent
          by us when you originally purchased Exl-Plan. Note that the Upgrade Code from the
          FRONT worksheet of your existing version of Exl-Plan is not suitable as confirmation of
          purchase.
     (d) the desired version/edition of Exl-Plan.
2. Calculate the cost of your trade up as explained above (i.e. price difference plus fixed charge of US$20 which is waived if user is trading up from Basic.)
3. Select the price option in the table below, click "Order" and supply payment/delivery details via SWREG. Note that:
   
   
   • We reserve the right to delay delivery where the trade up cost has been calculated incorrectly.
   • Exl-Plan prices are inclusive of Priority Airmail delivery of a backup CD to all countries.
   • In addition to dispatching a backup CD, we will email a copy of the new software. This should arrive within 12 hours depending on time of day, your time zone and day of week.
   • If located in an European Union country (other than Ireland), have your business's VAT number to hand when checking out.
   • If you need to return to this page from the SWREG purchase form, use the back button on your browser.
