Cashflow Plan - Trade Up Procedure

This procedure is for registered users of paid-for versions of Cashflow Plan who wish to trade up to a more powerful version of Cashflow Plan at a specially discount price. We use the term "trade up" for this process to distinguish it from "upgrading" from a trial copy to a fully-operational copy.

The trade-up cost is US$ 20 plus the price difference between current and desired version based on the following list of undiscounted prices (US$):

The trade up cost includes Priority Airmail delivery of backup CD but excludes Value Added Tax (VAT) payable by some users located within the European Union. The optional printed manual is an additional US$20. Check our Our Terms & Conditions.

The trade up procedure (immediately below) uses a secure shopping cart service to accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal Online. To pay by fax or with another card type or by electronic funds transfer, please email us. If trading up, do not use the SWREG registration service.

1. Get confirmation from us that you are eligible to trade up. To do this, send us an email or use the Contact Form giving the following details about your original purchase of Cashflow Plan:
     (a) your registered user name and/or organization.
     (b) your current version of Cashflow Plan (i.e. Micro, Lite etc.).
     (c) approximate date (or serial number) of the invoice/delivery note or confirmation email sent
          by us when you originally purchased Cashflow Plan. Note that the Upgrade Code from the
          FRONT worksheet of your existing version of Cashflow Plan is not suitable as confirmation of
          purchase.
     (d) the desired version of Cashflow Plan.
2. To speed up delivery of the desired version of Cashflow Plan, you can download a trial copy of the desired version of Cashflow Plan. Once you have installed the downloaded file, use Excel to run the trial copy on your PC or laptop. Note of the Upgrade Code Number (including the cash*** part) on top right corner of the "front" worksheet after you have pressed the F9 key to update this number.
3. Calculate the cost of your trade up as explained above (i.e. price difference plus US$20)
4. Select the options in the table below and then access the shopping cart service. Once you see the Shopping Cart Contents, click "Check Out Now" and supply payment and delivery details. Note that:
   
   
   • We reserve the right to adjust the trade up cost where this has been calculated incorrectly.
   • Cashflow Plan prices are inclusive of Priority Airmail delivery of manuals (where ordered) and backup CD to all countries. When first accessing the shopping cart, you will be asked to select a shipping option. This can be ignored as purchases of Cashflow Plan are free of all delivery charges.
   • If located in an European Union country (other than Ireland), have your business's VAT number to hand when checking out.
   • If you need to return to this page from the shopping cart, use the back button on your browser.

** This Upgrade Code should relate to the desired version (not to your existing version of Cashflow Plan). For more info, see above about downloading a trial copy of the desired version. If you quote the Upgrade Code (from FRONT worksheet of version of Cashflow Plan you are trading up to), you will receive an Unlock Code Number by email (within 1-12 hours). A back up CD and, if requested, the appropriate manual (115+ pages) will follow by Priority Airmail.
*** All versions of Cashflow Plan use the same manual and are supplied with a Word-based copy of the printed manual.
