Compare Strategies

The Compare feature allows you to demonstrate the benefits of implementing your strategic plan. You can see where you are now contrasted with your potentially improved condition. You may have strategies for different pricing, distribution methodologies, market segments, product capabilities, etc. The comparison feature will show the performance gained by each against the others.

A real “eye opener” is to utilize the short interview with each member of the top management team then compare their answers. You will be able to identify where they disagree on the problems within the organization. If they are not in agreement on the problem, they will not be in agreement on the solution. This is a great way to create consensus within your business.
