We reserve the right to decline to offer assistance where matters under discussion fall outside our competence and experience.
• As far as practicable, we aim to email replies within one to three days of receiving requests. We will post a message to this page if there is likely to be any undue delay. However, we accept no responsibility for email transmission/delivery failures or delays howsoever caused.
